We follow IBJJF rules found below for our Gi divisions. NoGi divisions Beginners follow White belt rules, Intermediate follows Blue/Purple belt rules and Advanced divisions follow Black belt rules but we DO ALLOW reaping and heel hooks in the Advanced NoGi divisions.
